Coaching Plans
While a single coaching session can produce good value, coaching is designed to be a process. “Time” is a big piece of what makes coaching successful. Time to think through new thoughts that the process brings to mind. Time to identify goals and create plans that put a person in the best chance to succeed. Time to put those plans into action, step by step, and figure out what’s working. And then, time for clients to look back and realize, “Hey, over the last several weeks, I got there! The future that I imagined, is now a reality.”
Because the best coaching happens over time, I want my clients to know up front that a commitment to work together will involve several meetings, with enough space in between to allow for reflection, refinement of ideas, action, and results. Here are the coaching packages I offer:
